Agilent GCMS – under pressure to upgrade!?
Agilent’s ‘End-of-Guaranteed-Support dates’ refer to when the inventory of spare parts is expected to expire for Agilent instruments that are no longer being manufactured. After these dates, they go on to explain that they’re unable to guarantee repair of these systems. Furthermore, that they cannot continue their existing service contacts.
